The construction of the new University Residence of Paysandú, located near Playa Park and a few meters from the river. The purpose of the residence is to offer lodging to students from the interior of the department who are studying in Paysandú. This demand, raised for years by young people, families and educational centers, now finds a concrete answer in a modern infrastructure, strategically located near several study centers and overlooking the river.

We are honored to provide customized perforated aluminum panel facade solutions for the Paysandú project. To meet the project's unique architectural aesthetic requirements, we designed perforations in three diameters: 10 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm. The scientific arrangement of these multi-diameter perforations achieves a dynamic balance between light, shadow, and functional performance.
