PERFORATED METAL PANELS – DIFFERENT MATERIALS, DIFFERENT ORNAMENTAL EFFECT

Weathering steel, also called corten metal, is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion resistant elements. Weathering steel is developed to eliminate the need for painted steel and to ensure that the steel will form a stable rust-like appearance even if the elements are exposed outdoors for a long time. We offer perforated weathering steel sheets which are produced according to the ASTM A606-4 or A588. They are sturdy, malleable, weldable and resistant to abrasion & corrosion.

Coloured mirror finish sheets, with non-directional high gloss, commonly refer to 304/316 grade perforated stainless steel sheets with mirror finishing. The most noteworthy feature of these panels is the high degree of reflectivity. This type of finish is also known as #8 finish, 8k finish or N8 finish. Other categories are available in 6k finish and 10k finish. We put utmost care into the whole production, so as to provide the SS coloured sheets with superior mirror surface. All of our mirror finished SS sheets are protected by 70 microns thick laser protective film while punching or laser cutting.
