CONDUCT 100% FACTORY INSPECTION TO ENSURE INCOMING MATERIALS ARE QUALIFIED

We carry out full inspection for all incoming materials. Each batch of raw materials is inspected from chemical composition, physical property and dimensions. When all tests are finished,

  • Qualified materials will be labeled and stored in the warehouse.
  • Sub-quality materials will be sent back to the supplier and replace with qualified materials again.
  • Handheld analyzer is used to test the chemical composition of steel coil.

    CHEMICAL COMPOSITION TEST

    We will check chemical composition, label them and store them at right position of warehouse.

  • Caliper is used to test the thickness of steel plate.

    THICKNESS TEST

    We will test the thickness of the steel plates or coils and check if it is the right sizes we purchase.

  • Ruler is used to test the width of the steel plate.

    WIDTH & LENGTH TEST

    We will test the width and length of the steel plates or coils and check if the sizes are in allowable tolerance

WE CAN SUPPLY MILL CERTIFICATIONS AND TEST REPORTS FOR CUSTOMERS IF REQUIRED.

  • We will ask for and check the mill certification from our raw material suppliers.
  • All products have test report drafted by our test department; we can supply them along with goods.
  • If necessary, we can supply the third-party test report for our customers along with goods.
